Experience.
Our senior engineers have over 25 years of experience designing and implementing automated production lines, manufacturing such products as batteries, audio and video cassettes, computer disks, medical devices, electronic components, and aerospace components to name a few. We have experience with screw machines, welders, indexing systems, conveying systems, dies, presses, robots, and part feeding of plastics, metals, glass, and rubber. We also have significant process scale-up experience, and can turn benchtop processes into semi or fully automated equipment tailored to the exact customer requirements.
